This gym is truely "One of a Kind!" Inside the 2,200-square-foot Laguna Health Club, we offer:free weights, state-of-the-art cardio equipment, elliptical and resistance machines along with personal training. We have tailored our services to include senior programs, nutrition counseling and high-end performance training with the mantra, “Balance.”
The Laguna Health Club, which has been around for 42 years, is a local mainstay. “We consider ourselves the ‘Cheers’ of the neighborhood, where everyone knows your name.”
